How the Job Works
1. Survey and Written Quote
We visit your property, check the condition of render, pebbledash, fascias, and timber. We measure up and note any access issues. You receive a written quote covering materials, preparation, and labour by item.
2. Scheduling and Access
We agree a start date and arrange any required scaffolding or tower equipment. We work within reliable weather windows and do not apply masonry coats in damp or cold conditions below 5°C.
3. Preparation
Filling cracks, hacking back any loose render, sanding timber surfaces, priming bare sections. On older properties along Gower Road, we check for soft plaster and damp spots before any paint is applied.
4. Painting
Masonry in two coats of a breathable, flexible system. Timber elements get the appropriate build-up. Interior rooms follow with walls and ceilings first, woodwork last.
5. Handover
We walk the completed job with you, check for any snagging, and remove all materials. The site is left clean and tidy on the final day.
