How the Job Works
1. Site Survey and Quote
We visit the property, check render condition, access requirements, and any rot or damp issues. You receive a written quote covering materials, preparation, and labour.
2. Materials and Scheduling
We confirm the start date, order materials, and arrange access equipment. For exterior work, we monitor the forecast and keep you updated if the weather forces a short delay.
3. Preparation
This is the longest phase on older properties. Hack back any loose render, fill cracks, sand timber surfaces, replace any rotten sections. We prime before any topcoats go on.
4. Painting
Exterior masonry is applied in two coats of a breathable, flexible system. Woodwork gets primer, undercoat, and topcoat where needed. Interior follows the same build-up.
5. Snagging and Handover
We walk the property with you, check for any missed edges or touch-up spots, and leave the site clean.
